Hit & Run, Underage DUI, Disorderly Conduct: Plainfield Arrests
Recent arrests made by Plainfield police.
William R. Cooper III, 29, of the 600 block of Clinton Street, Lockport, was arrested July 11 in the 2200 block of Theodore Street, Crest Hill, on charges of resisting/obstructing, driver and passenger seat belt violations, not having a driver's license on his person, no valid registration, no insurance, improper use of registration and other equipment violations.
Matthew Brandon Hadley, 31, of the 300 block of Healy Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested July 13 at Penn Road and Main Street on charges of DUI and failure to signal.
Levelle D. Harris, 24, of the 4200 block of Cummins Street in Plano was arrested July 17 on charges of hit and run, failure to give aid/information, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane use, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and no insurance.

Jazmin Escobedo-Diaz, 19, of the 400 block of Grove Street, Joliet, was arrested July 17 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Joliet on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and no valid license.
Kevin J. Lopez Hernandez, 19, of the 2300 block of South Lawndale, Chicago, was arrested July 17 in the 13000 block of Route 59 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Luis A. Arriaga, 30, of the 400 block of Sweetbriar Street, Plano, was arrested July 19 in the 20000 block of Lockport Street on charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Ryan J. Prater, 30, of the 6100 block of Knollwood Avenue, Willowbrook, was arrested July 20 at Route 59 and Main Street on charges of DUI and improper lighting (no taillights).
