JFK School Welcoming Students Back With Friday Food Truck Social

PLAINFIELD, IL — District 202 students, families, friends and staff are invited to a back-to-school food truck social being held Friday night at John F. Kennedy Middle School. Students are being welcomed back to school with food trucks, games and more.

The event takes place from 6-9 p.m. Friday at JFK Middle School, 12350 S. Essington Rd. At the event will be food trucks and other food vendors, games, temporary tattoos, an escape room and a live DJ.

The event is sponsored by the school's parent teacher association and is free to the public. District 202's first day of school was Aug. 14. For more information, click here.
