Plainfield Arrests: DUI, Domestic Battery, Resisting Police

PLAINFIELD, IL — The Plainfield Police Department has issued its most recent arrest report, showing who has been arrested and charged with a crime recently in the village. The report covers incidents from late September through mid-October.

Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Here is who has been charged with a crime recently in Plainfield:

• Sept. 29: Jack Kewitz, 38, of Plainfield, charged with domestic battery, interfering with reporting of domestic battery.
• Oct. 1: Ezequiel Quintanna, 44, of Woodridge, charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol.
• Oct. 7: Roberto Soto, 42, of Plainfield, charged with domestic battery.
• Oct. 9: Paul Maslanka, 47, of Plainfield, charged with DUI.
• Oct. 12: Austin Renshaw, 22, of Kankakee, charged with DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.
• Oct. 12: Brandon Vazquez, 22, of Plainfield, charged with domestic battery.
• Oct. 15: Cecil Harris IV, 19, of Plainfield, charged with aggravated battery, possession of controlled substance and retail theft.
