Plainfield High Ambassadors Brief Board Of Ed On Student Issues
The student ambassadors will share information about school life and student issues with the Board of Education, officials say.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Officials with Plainfield's Community Consolidated School District 202 say they are proud of the district's first-ever group of student ambassadors to the local Board of Education.
Comprised of one student from each of the district's four high school, the ambassadors will share information about school life and student issues with the board at its regular meetings. They will not vote on district business, officials said.
The four ambassadors are Plainfield North senior Jack Anderson, who plans to major in computer science at Seattle University next year; Plainfield Central senior Hannah Darbro, who plans to major in nursing; Plainfield East senior Peyton Washington, who plans to major in finance at Morgan State University next year; and Plainfield South junior Brooke Poston, whose favorite class is AP Economics.
