Several Burglaries Committed In Plainfield: Police Ask For Leads
According a recent release from the Plainfield Police, a number of Plainfield cars were targeted by burglars between Nov. 25 and Nov. 26.
PLAINFIELD, IL — Just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the Plainfield Police Department released an announcement on Facebook stating that Plainfield and several surrounding communities suffered a string of car burglaries between the late night hours of Monday, Nov. 25 and the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 26. In Plainfield, the burglaries were concentrated in the area of Tuttle Estates and Kensington Club.
Police are asking residents of those neighborhoods specifically for assistance. If your home is equipped with a video doorbell or other surveillance equipment, the police ask you to please review the footage for any suspicious activity.
