Spaghetti Dinner To Benefit D202 Band Programs

Benefactors will listen to jazz music and enjoy a meal at the third annual fundraiser supporting Plainfield School District 202 bands.

PLAINFIELD, IL — The third annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser benefitting Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 band programs is planned for April 24.

Benefactors will listen to jazz music and eat a meal at the fundraiser, starting at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at Plainfield Central High School, 24120 W. Fort Beggs Drive.

Jazz bands from Plainfield Central High School and Indian Trail and Timber Ridge middle schools are set to perform. Proceeds will benefit their schools' band programs.

Dinners cost $15 and include spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, a drink and dessert. Gluten-free options will be available for $18 and must be preordered. Attendees can dine in, carry out or drive through to get their meal, organizers said.
