Trash, Recycling Pick-up Delayed For Thanksgiving: Plainfield

Plainfield residents with Thursday trash collection will instead have their garbage picked up on Friday, Nov. 29.

PLAINFIELD, IL — There will be no waste pick-up on Thanksgiving day, Nov. 28. If your trash / recycling day normally falls on Thursday, it will instead be collected on Friday, Nov. 29. Residents with Monday or Wednesday collection will not be affected by this delay. The normal service schedule resumes on Monday, Dec. 2.

Plainfield and Romeoville both rely on waste disposal company Waste Management for their garbage and recycling services.
