TRIAD Program To Cover Nutrition At Upcoming Meeting
This month's program will cover maintaining your energy through nutrition in the new year.

PLAINFIELD, IL — The next meeting of the Plainfield TRIAD program is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 28, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at American House Cedarlake, located at 14800 S. VanDyke Road, officials said.
This month's program, presented by Diane Barnes, will cover maintaining your energy through nutrition in the new year. It is free and open to the public.
The TRIAD program is a three-way collaboration between the Will County Sheriff's office, local police and seniors to reduce criminal victimization of the elderly and enhance senior services in the community, according to the Will County Sheriff's office. The program offers crime prevention and health education, as well as other programs to improve seniors' quality of life, officials say.
