Will County Launches Community Hazard Mitigation Survey

The survey is designed to help county officials keep abreast of hazards in local communities

WILL COUNTY, IL — The Will County Emergency Management Agency has launched its 2020 Community Hazard Mitigation Survey. This survey, which was also retweeted by the Plainfield Police Department, invites the public to inform county officials of hazards in their community.

"Will County, is currently updating its County-wide All Hazard Mitigation Plan," the survey reads. "We invite the public to participate in this process by providing their knowledge of the hazards within their communities."

The survey takes about ten minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential. Anyone who wishes to participate in the survey should do so by Saturday, February 15.
