• 2 adults hospitalized after two-vehicle crash that caused heavy damage near Walmart in Antioch (lakemchenryscanner.com) — A 40-year-old Richmond resident was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after their Nissan collided with a Jeep at Route 173 and Deep Lake Road near the Antioch Walmart, briefly shutting the intersection. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals, and Antioch police say charges are expected as they continue investigating the cause of the crash.
