Assault To Police Officer, DUI, In-State Warrants: Romeoville Blotter
Residents were arrested on a variety of charges including driving under the influence, failure to report an accident, and other charges.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Police Department made several arrests in recent weeks involving residents charged with a variety of crimes.
Residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that all suspects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.

Gerardo Valencia, 25, Romeoville, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on Feb. 11 on an in-state warrant. He was held on a $10,000 bond with 10 percent to apply.
Ricardo Mendoza, 32, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on Feb. 12 and charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated battery to a police officer. He was taken to the Will County Jail.

Richard Tagoe, 51, Joliet, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Feb. 15 on an in-state warrant and for driving with an expired registration. He was held on a $3,000 bond with 10 percent to apply.
Brittany Ross, 41, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Feb. 17 on an in-state warrant. She was held on a $10,000 bond with 10 percent to apply.
Jordan Upchurch, 37, Plainfield, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on Feb. 20 and charged with failure to reduce speed, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with an expired registration. Bond was set at $3,000 with 10 percent to apply.
