DUI, Pot Possession, Retail Theft, Speeding: Romeoville Police Blotter
The Romeoville Police Department made a series of arrests involving local residents who were charged with a variety of criminal offenses.

ROMEOVILLE, IL – The Romeoville Police Department made a series of arrests over the past week involving local residents who were charged in connection with various offenses.
Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Jaylen Nunn, 27, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. on April 21 in the area of Weber Road and Normantown and charged with aggravated speeding. He was released on a $2,500 I-Bond.

Pedro Brea Perez, 28, Joliet, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on April 22 in the area of Taylor and Troxel and charged with aggravated speeding and driving without a valid driver’s license. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Danial Pierce, 31, Plainfield, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on April 23 in the area of Taylor and Budler and charged with possession of adult-use cannabis. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.

Carlos Natal Maldonado, 27, Plainfield, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on April 23 in the 500 block of Normantown and charged with possession of adult-use cannabis in a motor vehicle. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Laticia L. Raices, 33, Plainfield, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on April 23 in the area of the I-55 ramp and Weber Road and charged with improper lane usage, DUI, and transportation of alcohol. He was held on a $3,000 bond with 10 percent to apply.
Joshua Fase, 23, Joliet, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on April 24 in the 500 block of Remington for an in-state warrant. He was transported to the Will County Adult facility.
Jose Valencia, 29, Romeoville, was arrested at 4:02 a.m. on April 25 in the area of Weber Road and South Carillon and charged with speeding and driving while his license was suspended, and with no insurance. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Josue Archaga Ramirez, 37, Joliet, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on April 25 in the area of Weber Road and South Carillon and charged with aggravated speeding and with no insurance. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Curtis Moore III, 25, Chicago, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on April 26 in the area of Taylor and Southcreek and charged with making an improper left turn, no brake lights, possession of adult-use cannabis, illegal possession of firearm and ammunition without a FOID card. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Cristofer Gordillo Cerna, 19, Rockdale, was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on April 27 in the area of Weber and Taylor and charged with the use of a cell phone use while driving and driving without a valid driver’s license. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance.
Steven Gallagher, 46, Romeoville, was arrested at 8:08 a.m. on April 27 in the 300 block of Romeo Road and charged with retail theft. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance.
Chaitanya Engurthi, 23, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on April 28 in the area of Weber Road and South Carillon and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He was held on a $2,500 bond with 10 percent to apply.
