Dunkin' Should Open By Spring In Former Discount Tire Building

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A new Dunkin' location should be open by early spring in the former Discount Tire building, according to the Village of Romeoville's development website.

Construction has already started for the business, which will occupy one of three units in the multi-unit retail storefront that used to be a Discount Tire at 671 N. Weber Road, at Weber and Frontage roads.

The rest of the storefronts will also be available for lease in early spring, according to the development website.

The refurbishment and subdivision of the Discount Tire building was approved in 2022 by the Village Board. Dunkin' will take the rear 2,837-square-foot unit, and will have a drive-thru.

Two other spaces, with 1,724 and 1,277-square-foot units, are also available.
