House Fire On Arnold Avenue Caused Street Closures: Officials
Village officials said the fire on the 400 block of Arnold Avenue Tuesday afternoon was cleared by 1 p.m.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — A house fire on the 400 block of Arnold Avenue caused street closures in the area Tuesday while fire crews worked to clear the scene, village officials told Patch.
Spokespeople from the Romeoville Police Department and Lockport Fire Department confirmed personnel were at the home. The fire began at around 12:15 p.m. and was cleared by 1:15 p.m.
At this point no injuries were reported, according to Romeoville police. Officials did not say which specific streets were closed but requested residents avoid the area entirely.
