Kiddie Academy, Marriott Towneplace Suites Break Ground
Ground has been broken on both projects; although Marriott doesn't anticipate opening until 2025.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Even in winter, construction continues on several development projects in Romeoville.
According to the Village, ground was recently broken on the Marriott Towneplace Suites project, and the Kiddie Academy project.
Marriott will be built at the northeast corner of Weber Road and Windham Parkway, at the entrance to Windham Lakes Business Park, according to the Village's development website.

The hotel will have 111 rooms, as well as a pool, fitness center and lobby. It is anticipated to open in 2025.
Kiddie Academy will be located on the south site of Airport Road in the Romeoville Crossings shopping center, according to the Village. The child care center should be open by summer 2024.
