Local HS Artists Honored At Lewis University Invitational
High school students from Romeoville, Lockport, Plainfield and other surrounding towns were honored.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Lewis University hosted its seventh annual High School Art Invitational Jan. 11-18 in the Brent and Jean Wadsworth Family Gallery, on Lewis University’s main campus in Romeoville, and several local students were honored with prizes, according to a release.
Local students from nine high schools were featured in the show with approximately 40 works of art consisting of paintings, drawings, sculptures, digital works and mixed media, the university said.
