Marriott TownePlace Suites Construction Continues
The project should be finished in mid-2025.
ROMEOVILLE, IL — Approved by the Romeoville Village Board in 2023, the Marriott TownePlace Suites project has started constructed with an expected finish date of quarter 2 in 2025.
According to the Village's development projects map, the four-story building will be built at the northeast corner of Weber Road and Windham Parkway, at the entrance to the Windham Lakes Business Park.
The hotel will have 111 rooms, as well as a pool, fitness center and lobby.

The Village Board approved the final development plans in March 2023, and originally had a completion date of November 2024.
Marriott operates several of its TownePlace Suites business models in the Chicago area, including in Schaumburg and Lombard.
