Ohio Arby's Worker Sent Out Woman's Sex Pics Without Her Permission: Cops

An Ohio teen is wanted for allegedly disseminating a woman’s sex pictures without her permission.

Kindreth Tutwiler, 18, faces three felony charges for distributing the images, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.

Tutwiler, an Arby’s employee, “disseminated a private sexual image of another person” three times between Valentine’s Day and Feb. 17, the complaint said.

The woman in the pictures is at least 18, the complaint says, and can be recognized in the images. She is identified in the complaint by her initials.

The woman’s breasts and nipples are visible in the three images, the complaint said, and Tutwiler obtained the pictures “under circumstances in which a reasonable person would know or understand that the image was to remain private,” or that the woman had not consented to them being spread around.

Tutwiler lives in the small, southwestern Ohio village of Carlisle, according to the warrant for his arrest. The warrant carries a $50,000 bond.

The Romeoville police investigated the case.
