Police Blotter: $3,200 Welder Reported Stolen from Construction Site on Phelps
Also, police report criminal damage to property and warrant arrests.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department:
Nov. 25: Lisa Williams, 42, 7402 W. 111th St., Worth, was charged on an in-state warrant in the 400 block of North Weber Road.
Nov. 22: A theft over $500 was reported in the 0-100 block of Phelps. Unknown person(s) took a welder from a construction site. Estimated value of the welder is $3,200. Time: 12:23 p.m.

Nov. 23: A criminal damage to property was reported in the 0-100 block of Paladino. Unknown person(s) damaged the windshield and three windows of a vehicle that was parked on the street in front of the residence. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $550. Time: 10:46 p.m.
Nov. 22: Primo Bahena, 35, 2241 N. Avers, Chicago, was charged on an in-state warrant in the 100 block of Canterbury.
