Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis & Traffic Violation Arrests
Police report a 36-year-old man is cited for no valid driver's license and texting while driving near the intersection of Troxel Avenue and Hamrick Avenue.

The following arrests were reported by the Romeoville Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:
Nov. 2: Miguel M. Garcia, 37, 1025 Key Largo, Romeoville, was arrested on charges of manufacturing/delivery of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis in excess of 5,000 grams. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
Oct. 23: Manuel Gonzalez, 18, 308 Hemlock, Romeoville, was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis in the 0-100 block of Elgin.
Oct. 23: Dylan Somma, 18, 332 Emery, Romeoville, was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis in the 0-100 block of Elgin.
Oct. 23: Jeralle Irons, 21, 406 Haller, Romeoville, was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis in the 0-100 block of Elgin.
Oct. 24: Jose Pugas, 33, 807 Vine, Joliet, was arrested on charges of no valid DL, no insurance and cell phone use in a construction zone at Weber Road at Gaskin.
Oct. 24: Lilia Sanchez-Cordova, 36, 306 Eaton, Romeoville, was arrested on charges of no valid DL and texting while driving at Troxel at Hamrick.
Oct. 24: Ernesto Talamantes-Ruiz, 28, 16023 Arbor Vitae, Crest Hill, was cited for no valid DL in the 100 block of Azalea Circle.
Oct. 24: Cordale Thomas, 26, 357 Rowell Ave., Joliet, was arrested on charges of no valid DL and use of a cell phone in a construction zone at Weber Road, north of Grand Haven.
Oct. 24: Nicolette Survillas, 18, 812 Six Pines Dr., Romeoville, was arrested on a charge of theft under $500 in the 800 block of Six Pines Drive.
