Speeding and No valid driver's license

Yeny Pliego-Campos, 32, of 769 Aurora Ave. in Aurora was arrested at 5:12 p.m. by the Romeoville Police Department in the area of Romeo Road and Arsenal for speeding, no insurance, driving while license suspended and no valid driver's license. A $2,500 recognizance bond was set.

Lavenia Brimmer, 22, of 107 Camelot Way, Bolingbrook, was arrested at noon in the area of Route 53 and Airport Road for, according to the Romeoville police. A $2,500 recognizance bond was set.

June 6

Failure to reduce speed

Steven Collum, 31, of 306 Montrose Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. in the area of Montrose and Kingston for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information, the Romeoville PD reported. A $2,500 bond was set, with 10 percent to apply.

Aggravated and unlawful use of weapon

Cortreal Jenkins, 27, of 2013 Tuscany Lane,Romeoville, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. in the 300 block of South Budler for possession of controlled substance and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, according to the Romeoville PD. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
