ROMEOVILLE, IL — Just over a month remains until it's time for the annual Founder's Day parade in Romeoville.
The parade will kick off at 2 p.m. on Sept. 15, beginning at the Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Road. This year's parade theme is "Peace, Love and Happiness."
Prizes will be awarded for multiple categories, and those who want to participate in the parade can apply by Aug. 23.

The parade will travel mostly on Belmont, and end near RC Hill and the Romeoville Athletic and Event Center.
