Romeoville to see New Hotel on Normantown Road
The Romeoville Village Board approved a development agreement that will see a new hotel built at the SW corner of Weber and Normantown Rd.

The Romeoville Village Board has approved a development agreement that will see a new hotel built at the southwest corner of the intersection of Weber Rd & Normantown Rd intersection. It is anticipated that this hotel will be a four-story Hilton TRU. The agreement stipulates that the hotel will have at least 100 rooms. The newest addition to the Weber & Normantown intersection will be constructed to the south of QuikTrip, which should be opening soon. The site also has two outlots available for restaurants.
“We have seen the demand for hotel rooms increase dramatically since our Athletic & Event Center started hosting large scale tournaments and expos,” said Mayor John Noak. “This project, along with others, will go a long way to meeting those needs and ensure Romeoville remains a destination for these types of events.”
The new hotel is anticipated to open in early 2027.
