Valley View Registration Kicks Off For 2019-2020 School Year

Are you ready for the new school year in Bolingbrook and Romeoville?

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Registration for students currently enrolled in Valley View School District 365U for the 2019-20 school year will take place from July 29 to Aug. 2 with dates varying by school. Back-to-School booklets have been mailed to homes of current students. The Back-to-School booklet can also be accessed on-line at vvsd.org

Elementary school students who have already registered by mail are not required to come to Back-to-School Registration Days. However, all middle and high school students must come to Back-to-School Registration even if they are registered by mail. This is required so that students can obtain their student ID, schedule, and locker assignment.

If your student is new to the District, or has had a home address change, or has not received their registration packet, you need to visit the Enrollment Office at 801 W. Normantown Rd. in Romeoville BEFORE registering at the school in order to provide proper enrollment information. The Enrollment Office is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. Visit the VVSD Enrollment Information page for complete enrollment requirements.

A parent or guardian must provide their own photo ID and one of the following documents to prove residency:

  • A signed lease for the current school year with the name of the parent or guardian, landlord’s signature, and landlord’s contact phone number.
  • A mortgage statement less than 30 days old or a 2018 Will County property tax bill
  • A utility bill dated within the last 30 days in the name of the parent or guardian, or mail of a business nature (no more than 30 days old) that was sent to the parent or guardian at the home address

The first day of school for all students will be an early release day on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
