Zion 18-year-old's death pleads not guilty (wandtv.com) — Shelbyville residents should know that a Decatur shooting suspect was located at a local gas station hours after an 18-year-old from Mt. Zion was fatally shot at Sportsmans Park in Decatur. The 23-year-old suspect has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and related firearm charges, with a pre-trial hearing set for February, while the victim’s family and school community continue to mourn his loss.
