Shorewood's BBQ & Brews Is Being Postponed Due To Weather

SHOREWOOD — Shorewood Village Administrator Aaron Klima notified Joliet Patch on Friday morning that Saturday's third annual Shorewood BBQ & Brews event is being postponed because of anticipated bad weather. The event will be rescheduled in the coming weeks, Klima said.
Shorewood BBQ & Brews is a free family-friendly event that was set to happen Saturday from noon to 6 p.m at the village's Towne Center Boulevard.

This is our 3rd annual BBQ & Brews Presented by Christopher B. Burke Engineering. The event is free to attend, we will have multiple breweries, food trucks and live music. We encourage those attending to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit and listen to the bands. Tasting size pours will be available to try craft beer from the multiple breweries that will be attending.
