Skokie, IL - Seven price reductions later, and a popular Chicago television couple has finally sold their home in Skokie.

ABc 7 weekend news anchor Karen Jordan and her husband, NBC general assignment reporter Christian Farr sold the two-story, all-brick house in Skokie earlier this month for $618,000, according to a Chicago Tribune Elite Street report.

They first listed the home last year for $825,000. Then lowered the price of the home - bought in 2006 for $800,000 - seven times until it was lifted from the market on June 6.
The couple have already closed on a larger home in Evanston, which is Jordan’s home town.
