LaCrosse Avenue Closed South of Oakton Street October 20 and 21

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY NOTICE:
Road Closure for Roadway Restoration on LaCrosse Avenue, South of Oakton Street

On Thursday, October 20, 2022, due to sewer main repairs, the Skokie Public Works Department will restore the roadway on a section of LaCrosse Avenue just south of Oakton Street. Beginning at 8 a.m. on October 20, LaCrosse Avenue will be closed between the first alley south of Oakton Street to Louise Avenue (see image below). All traffic on LaCrosse Avenue between those locations will be prohibited. There will be access to the Aldi/Market Place on Oakton parking lot from both Oakton Street and Louise Avenue. The road closure is expected to continue overnight on October 20 and the LaCrosse Avenue should reopen by noon on Friday, October 21, 2022.
