Oakton Street Lane Closures at Lincoln Avenue
Crane operations at the 8000 North development necessitate lane closures during the week of November 8, 2021
On Monday, November 8 and on Thursday, November 11, 2021, crane operations for the 8000 North Development will occur on Oakton Street at Lincoln Avenue. Lanes will be closed starting at 7 a.m. and will be closed for a day at a time to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers. Weather permitting, lane closures are expected to be in place through Friday, November 12, 2021.
Westbound traffic will be shifted south onto Oakton street turn lanes and traffic will be limited to one lane for westbound direction. One east bound through lane will remain open. For more information, please contact the Engineering Division at 847/933-8231.
