Skokie, IL — Are you a skilled screen printing and heat press professional looking to share your talents in a meaningful, flexible role? The Douglas Center is hiring a Part-Time Contract Production & Training Specialist to support our newly launched print production unit—providing services for local businesses while training adults living with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
This hands-on role blends technical know-how with mentorship. You’ll guide production jobs, train staff and participants, and help us deliver high-quality, custom apparel using screen printing and heat-sealing methods.

- Teach and oversee screen printing and heat press projects
- Set up and maintain equipment and materials
- Ensure safe, consistent production workflows
- Coach participants and staff on techniques and best practices
