Skokie Market Trends for October 2016

Skokie home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 6.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 0.9% from $275,000 to $277,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 19%, while the median sale price rose by 4.6% from $291,500 to $305,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 19%, while the median sale price rose by 28.1% from $160,000 to $205,000.
