• DeKalb County Committee of the Whole met Nov. 12 (dekalbtimes.com) — DeKalb County leaders met in Sycamore’s Legislative Center to review solar projects, nursing home billing contracts, and key infrastructure updates, including Peace Road bridge work. A Sycamore resident serving on the DCRNC Oversight Board urged the county to keep Jordan Healthcare on for at least another year as officials debated how quickly the county nursing home can move to independent operations.
