2 Men Jump Over CVS Pharmacy Counter, Steal Medicine And Run

According to Tinley Park police, the Monday robbery may be related to a similar robbery in Flossmoor last week.

TINLEY PARK, IL — A robbery at the CVS Pharmacy in Tinley Park may be related to a similar crime in Flossmoor, Tinley Park police told Patch.

According to officials, two men jumped over the pharmacy counter at the 9551 171st Street CVS Monday afternoon and stole multiple items before running away on foot.

Police said they are unsure what exactly was taken and are working with CVS employees to make a list of the missing products. Tinley Park Police Chief Matthew Walsh told Patch the two men were not armed and grabbed as much as they could before leaving.

After the robbery, police received notice from Flossmoor officials that the same two men may have been involved in a similar robbery of a CVS Pharmacy last week.

As of Friday, no one was in custody.
