$2 Subs For Charity At Jersey Mike's Tinley Park Grand Opening
Starting Wednesday, Jan 26 and going through the weekend, customers can elect to donate to Tinley Park charities in exchange for a sub.
TINLEY PARK, IL — A national sandwich franchise will soon be open-faced to the public, Tinley Park business officials announced.
Jersey Mike's will host a grand opening Wednesday with events celebrating the new business running throughout the weekend. The franchise, owned by Mac Shimmon, moved into a storefront at 7228 West 191st Street.
From Jan. 26 - 30, customers with eligible coupons can elect to donate a minimum of $2 to Together We Cope in exchange for a regular sub sandwich. Proceeds from the deal will also benefit Tinley Wish.

"We look forward to opening up in the Tinley Park area and rooting ourselves within a great community," Shimmon said in a news release. "Our organization is dedicated to providing neighborhood familiarity with our customers, while working hard to execute memorable food on a consistent basis."
A spokeswoman for the company said customers can look out for the coupon posted throughout the area. According to their website, almost every one of the sandwich shop's 2,000 franchises hostede a fundraiser upon opening.

The Tinley Park location will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. In-store dining and pickup will both be offered once the store opens on Wednesday.
