26-Year-Old Woman Missing During Snow Storm Found Safe: Police

Police have safely located the missing woman who was separated from her family early Wednesday morning.

TINLEY PARK, IL — A woman who was reported missing early Wednesday morning has been found, Tinley Park police announced.

According to officials, a 26-year-old woman named Alexis was reported missing at around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday. Family members told police she was last seen near Hamada at 18310 North Creek Drive.

Alexis was separated from a family member while out in the snow, police told Patch, and was traveling on foot wearing a pink coat and a multi-colored snow suit.

As of 9:11 a.m., Alexis had been found safe.
