Name: Megan Prendergast
State: IL
Hometown: Tinley Park
Hero's job: Business
If other, job: Her website is includedbook.com
Relationship to nominee: She is my wife
Reason for recognition: My wife, wrote a children’s book titled, “Included” and has been
working day and night to try and market her self-published book and get it in front of
children across the country but COVID has made it difficult to be able to spread the
message of the book.
One thing to know: She is constantly trying to help others feel included and is always
trying to spread inclusiveness. She teaches kids this important lesson in light of the bullying that
kids face at a rate worse than ever before.

Thank you for all you do, Megan Prendergast!
