TINLEY PARK, IL — The band that's been inherently hip to hate for most of its existence will pop into Tinley Park on its tour this summer.

Love 'em or hate 'em, Canadian rockers Nickelback will take the stage at Tinley Park's Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, with a show date set for August 18.

The band—who seem to have embraced they're one people love to hate—will kick off their tour in June in Quebec, hitting more than three dozen cities to promote their newest and tenth studio album, "Get Rollin," which they popped out in November.

At the time of its release, the band's frontman Chad Kroeger joked to entertainment website and podcast producer Audacy, "“I’m ready for the world to hate us again,” a cheeky response to what so many perceive as a widespread distaste for the band.

The band put out a hilarious video teaser along with the tour announcement. (If you can't beat 'em, join 'em, right?)
