Child Porn Charges For Tinley Park Man, 26: PD

TINLEY PARK, IL — A Tinley Park man on Tuesday was arrested for dissemination of child pornography and possession of child pornography (victims under 13 years of age), both felonies, Tinley Park police said Wednesday.

Amir Abedrabo, 26, of the 18100 block of Bramlett Drive, was the target of a long-term investigation conducted by Tinley Park Police Department investigators assigned to the Cook County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), which conducts both proactive and reactive investigations targeting individuals who produce, possess, or distribute child sex abuse material, as well as those who engage in the online enticement of minors.

Police did not provide any additional details about the investigation.

Abedrabo is being held at the Tinley Park Police Department pending his initial court appearance at the Bridgeview Courthouse on July 3.
