TINLEY PARK, IL — The Crisis Center for South Suburbia will host its annual Dianne Masters Cup Charity Golf Outing at Silver Lake Country Club in Orland Park in August.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the domestic violence organization.

The event pays tribute to the Crisis Center’s founder, Dianne Masters, who would have celebrated her 73rd birthday last month. Masters established a crisis hotline in the kitchen of her home to help victims of domestic violence. She died in 1982 at the hands of her husband.
