Daylight Saving Time 2019: It's Finally Time To Spring Ahead
There's a bright side to southland's cold, rainy weekend: Daylight Saving Time is Sunday, so sunlight and warmth are around the corner.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Weather-weary Illinoisans take heart: Daylight Savings Time is Sunday, which means that sunshine and warm weather is just around the corner.
Change your clocks. And don't forget to change your batteries in your smoke alarms.
The official change takes place at 2 a.m. Sun., March 10. Most smartphones, computers and other digital devices will roll ahead on their own. However, your grandfather clocks, wristwatches and analog relics will need an adjustment by hand before you go to bed Saturday.

- In the United States, Hawaii and most of Arizona do not change their clocks.
