Did Mark Kirk Call for the Mass Arrest of 18,000 African Americans?
We fact-checked U.S. Rep. Tammy Duckworth's two-part claim about incumbent Sen. Mark Kirk. Here's what we found.

In the hotly contested Illinois U.S. Senate race, Democratic challenger Tammy Duckworth is doing everything she can to link Republican incumbent Mark Kirk to Donald Trump.

— Tammy Duckworth (@TammyforIL) June 8, 2016
