TINLEY PARK — With the school year approaching soon, many districts have announced hybrid or fully remote learning. Here is a quick look at what some districts in Tinley Park, Orland Park, Oak Forest, Chicago Heights and Homewood-Flossmoor are doing.
Districts
Kirby School District 140 — Remote learning will be implemented districtwide.

Community Consolidated School District 146— The school year will begin with remote learning for all students. The first day of school has been moved to Monday, August 31.
Consolidated High School District 230 — The district will be implementing remote learning and plans to do so through Sept. 21.

Orland School District 135 — Remote instruction will be implemented, the website indicates a hybrid model is still planned.
Bremen High School District 228 — The district will be going remote for the first quarter, which ends Oct. 18, due to new IDPH guidelines.
Community Consolidated School District 146 — The district will be implementing e-learning.
Sandridge School District 172 — E-Learning will be put in place for the start of the school year.
