TINLEY PARK, IL — A man killed on I-80 after being reported missing from a Tinley Park concert venue late Saturday was not a victim of a hit-and-run, Illinois State Police said Monday.

Timothy Fogt, 50, was fatally struck Sunday on I-80 eastbound west of Oak Park Avenue. Fogt had been reported missing after leaving Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre Saturday around 11 p.m. Family said Fogt was believed to be experiencing a mental health crisis at the time.
