Oak Forest Man Dies in Tow-Truck Mishap

Edward Miller caught between his tow truck and the vehicle he was towing.

An Oak Forest man working on the Northwest Side as a tow-truck driver died Monday after he was pinned between his truck and a vehicle he was towing. Edward Miller, 42, was found at about 9:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 3900 block of North Kilpatrick Avenue, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Tuesday’s autopsy ruled his death an accident.
