The Odyssey Delivers 500 Meals To Coronavirus Heroes
The Tinley Park event venue donated one meal for every meal purchased for carryout on Easter Sunday.
TINLEY PARK, IL — An elegant event venue in Tinley Park turned their own busy pre-Easter Sunday routine into a big way to help those who are helping us. The Odyssey, at 19110 S. Ridgeland Ave. donated one meal to a first responder or front line worker for every meal order made for carry-out on Easter Sunday, according to the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce.
Their busy day led to the donation of more than 500 meals to first responders and front line workers.
"Thank you to The Odyssey for taking care of our local heroes and thank you to the community for supporting a local Chamber Member business during this time," the chamber wrote in their most recent e-mail newsletter.
