ORLAND PARK, IL — The Village of Orland Park Veterans Commission will host Orland Park's annual Memorial Day Ceremony at 1 p.m., May 27. It is free and open to the public.

The Orland Park community will gather at the veteran's memorial at 14750 S Ravinia Avenue to remember those who died serving the country and to recognize the 24 veterans whose names have been added to the village's memorial.

Colors will be presented by members of the Palos-Orland Reber-Tesmond Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2604 and the American Legion Orland Memorial Post #111.

Refreshments will be served in the Orland Park Civic Center after the ceremony.

It is recommended that you bring lawn chairs.
