Perfect Attendance From K-12 Achieved For Lincoln-Way East Senior

TINLEY PARK, IL — A member of the Lincoln-Way East High School Class of 2020 has not missed a day of school. Ever.

Logan Blondin graduates from high school with a perfect attendance record from kindergarten through senior year of high school, his mom, Connie Blondin, said.

"Logan has never missed a day of school," Connie said. "He’s a very healthy kid and the few times he has been sick, it always was during a school break or during the summer."

Logan, a Tinley Park resident, played football all four years at East and was part of the 2019 state champion Griffins squad. He'll continue his education and football career at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he'll major in business/sports management.

Logan is also a member of the Frankfort Jayteens and enjoys doing community service, his mom said. He also has a part-time job.

"Logan didn’t realize until he was in eighth grade how rare it is to never miss a day of school," Connie said. "He is super proud and thinks it’s pretty cool to say he has never missed a day."
