Photo Reel: Sons of Anarchy Star and Bikers Storm Tinley
Ryan Hurst, who plays Opie Winston on the FX series, Sons of Anarchy, was among the high points at the weekend's Chicago Motorcycle Show & Parts Expo, which was held at the Tinley Park Convention Center.
Marty Hauschild's 1970 Triumph Bonneville isn't simply a mode of transportation. It's a vehicle for memories.
"When I built this in 1974, my wife was still my girlfriend," he said on Saturday, while displaying his pride and joy at the Chicago Motorcycle Show & Parts Expo at the . "There are so many memories here."
Hauschild was one of thousands to attend the Saturday and Sunday show that was held in a 150,000-square-foot area and featured custom cycles, new, used and vintage parts, leather, food, beer, live music and more. The event is the world's largest indoor motorcycle show, according to its website.

Its popularity was clear Saturday afternoon when and crews stepped in and closed up shop for about an hour and a half. Tinley Park Police Cmndr. Steve Vaccaro said officials were concerned about overcrowding at the center.
This year, it included several appearances by actor Ryan Hurst who plays Opie Winston on the FX series, Sons of Anarchy.

"I'm here for the culture," said Milwaukee, Wis., resident Sherry Landsan, who sported a pair of leather pants and a fringe vest adorned with motorcycle-related patches. "It's not just about riding, it's about the people you meet on your adventures."
