Police: Knife-Wielding Woman Threatens Husband's Life
Tinley Park police said a woman pulled four knives on her husband after brutally waking him early Halloween morning.

A local man told police he awoke early Monday to his "highly intoxicated" wife first pummeling his upper body with her fists and then disappearing to the kitchen only to return with a handful of knives.
The victim said the confrontation began around 2:45 a.m., according to the police report. He said that after his wife, Barbara E. Oles, 59, woke him with a beating, she "went into the kitchen and placed three knives in her waistband and held a fourth, larger knife in her hand."
She then reportedly raised the knife as she moved quickly toward him.
