Rich Kozik: Funeral Arrangements Set For Tinley Wish Co-Founder

A visitation and service will be over the weekend and early next week for the Illinois State Police trooper who died Tuesday.

TINLEY PARK, IL — Funeral arrangements have been set for Rich Kozik, the Illinois State Police lieutenant and Tinley Wish co-founder who died Tuesday. He was 59.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st St., Orland Park. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held for family and friends at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 15050 S. Wolf Road, Orland Park. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 Archer Road, Justice.

Kozik suffered a medical emergency Tuesday, Feb. 6, and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. He later died at the hospital. Kozik is survived by two sisters and a brother.
